DNS taking a long time to propagate

If your domain is taking longer than 24 hours to propagate:

  1. Check the domain is setup correctly via http://intodns.com/
  2. If it is setup correctly, verify on https://www.whatsmydns.net/ to make sure it is resolving to the correct MyHost server you are on.
  3. If you are having issues, there may be a caching issue either on your computer or your ISP, and time will usually fix it. Try and flush your DNS via the instructions here: https://secure.myhost.nz/knowledgebase/54/How-do-I-flush-my-DNS-cache.html

If you still continue to experience issues, please allow another 12 hours and then contact support so we can investigate this issue for you.
