What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Direct Debits (see how to set up Direct Debit payments)
  • Visa/Mastercard Credit Cards through WindCave (Under your main account login, go to 'billing' and select 'payment methods' then 'add new credit card').
  • Automatic Payments (AP) and Direct Credits, which can be setup via Internet Banking, or at your local bank.

You may also deposit money into this account at your local Kiwibank with the above details.

Please allow 24 hours during business days for processing. Payments made before 10pm on a business day will be cleared the next day. Payments made after 10pm on a business day will be cleared the day after.

If you are making payment via a Kiwibank account, payments are instant and clear automatically, however will be processed the next day by our Accounts team.
