Do you have power generators at your datacentre?

Yes. In the event of loss of mains power, our datacentre is self sufficient and will run on diesel power generators.

When the power is cut, power will failover to these backups systems until power is fully restored. In such a case, our services will continue to function normally and there are no disruptions.

Backup feeds are tested once a month to ensure they are functioning correctly. This involves turning off the mains power, to simulate a complete mains grid loss of power. Backup UPS are tested to ensure they work correctly.
