You can place a request to cancel a service with us on our customer portal: https://secure.myhost.nz/
Once logged in with the correct user account credentials, please go to:
-> My Services
-> Click the Green active button of the service to be cancelled
-> Click the button "Request Cancellation"
-> Select Cancellation Type & add a description for the request
-> Click "Request Cancellation" button to confirm.
Once this is done, it will put into the system and the automated process will be started depending on the type of cancellation you have selected.
