If you are having issues acessing your website, one of the most likely scenarios is that there have been too many failed log-in attempts from your IP Address. If so, our servers may have blacklisted your IP Address. If you think this could be the source of the issue, proceed with following:
- Check what your IP Address is at http://www.webslice.co.nz/my-ip/
- Create a new support ticket at http://secure.myhost.nz/submitticket.php and copy/paste your ip address into the ticket, and submit.
- The MyHost support team will let check if the status of your ip address, whether it appears as being blacklisted, remove it from this list, and respond to your ticket.
