What do new customers from Domains Direct need to do to get started on MyHost?

In March 2023 we helped a number .nz domain holders avoid a price rise by migrating their domains from our sister company Domains Direct to MyHost.

If you have received an email from us saying that your domains have been migrated, there are only two simple things that you need to know:

  1. To log into MyHost you will use your email address (not your old Domains Direct user name) and your Domains Direct password
  2. You will need to set up a payment method by either registering a credit card or enabling direct debits. This is because we don’t copy payment details between systems, for security reasons.

We will take care of everything else, including DNS settings.
